  Exceptional - Jeff and his company have done much on our little island here : Clearwater Beach. Gut rehabbing two old hotels to become the Holiday Inn on S.Gulfview - the all new Pier House 60 hotel - and beyond. Do note decade proprties consistantly rate high on the Trip Advisior list....and unlike some employers on this beach - feedback I hear from his employees is that it is a good company to work for.

  This company doesn't value their tenants whatsoever. After dealing with the property managers for 5 months and living with horrible noise and disrespectful neighbors above us, I decided to propose a mutual agreement to end our lease 2 months early. This company never called me back - they offered me a "buy out" which means I give a 30 day notice and pay the sum of 3 months rent. Well considering I'm overpaying $840 for a 1 bedroom, I can't afford over $2,000 to move into a better place where I can get a decent night sleep. Don't support such a terrible company that doesn't care about their tenants.
